We ship microphone branding and audio accessories worldwide, with clear communication and practical support from our team in Latvia. Delivery options, costs, and timelines depend on the product type (custom or non-custom), stock availability, destination country, and the chosen carrier. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the best option for your destination and your product configuration.

Important note about Pro windshields: Our official representation for Foam Conversion (UK) Ltd Pro branded foam microphone windshields is limited to Latvia and Lithuania. Other product lines (mic flags/cubes, Basic items, accessories, consumables, and services) are available for worldwide shipping.

Shipping destinations

  • Worldwide shipping is available for most product categories.
  • Latvia & Lithuania: fastest and simplest logistics, local support, and B2B-friendly processing.
  • If a destination is restricted by carrier rules or export limitations, we will inform you before accepting payment.

Shipping methods

Depending on the destination and parcel size, we may offer:

  • Courier delivery.
  • Parcel lockers (where available).
  • Pickup (for local arrangements, when offered).

Handling time and lead times

  • Non-custom items: usually ship faster, depending on stock.
  • Custom/branded items (logo printing, custom colors, special configurations): production lead time may apply. We confirm timing after artwork review and before payment (or before production if a deposit is required).

Tracking

Tracking details are provided when available from the selected carrier. If tracking is not available for your chosen method, we will confirm this before dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For shipments outside the EU (and in some cases within the EU depending on the destination rules), customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment methods may vary depending on your order type (B2C/B2B), destination, and whether your item is custom/branded. The final payment method and timing are confirmed during checkout and/or invoicing.

  • Currency: typically EUR (final currency is shown at checkout or on the invoice).
  • B2B invoices: available where applicable; please provide company details during checkout or by email.
  • Custom/branded orders: may require prepayment or a deposit before production begins. We confirm this after artwork review.
