Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 04/02/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Line-IN.eu website and any purchases of products and services from Line-IN.eu (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you have questions, contact us at info@line-in.eu.
1. About us
Line-IN.eu provides microphone windshields, microphone branding accessories (including mic flags/cubes and mic plates), consumables for microphones and headphones, and related consulting/programming services.
Company legal details (name, registration number, VAT number, address) will be published once confirmed.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to website visitors and customers who place orders or request services from Line-IN.eu. Additional product-specific terms may apply to custom/branded items or services and will be confirmed before order acceptance.
3. Product information and customization
- Product descriptions, photos, and colors are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and production tolerances.
- Custom/branded products may require artwork review and approval before production.
- Availability and lead times depend on stock and customization requirements; we confirm timelines during order processing.
4. Orders and contract formation
An order is considered accepted once we confirm it (for example by email confirmation, written confirmation, or invoice issuance). We may request additional details to process your order (e.g., microphone model, logo files, delivery address, invoice details). We reserve the right to decline orders in cases such as suspected fraud, incomplete information, or inability to fulfill the request.
5. Prices, taxes, and invoicing
- Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
- VAT and tax rules depend on your location and customer status (private/B2B). Final tax details are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
- B2B invoices can be issued based on the company details you provide.
6. Payment, delivery, and returns
Payment methods, shipping options, and delivery timelines are described on our Delivery & Payment page. Returns and refunds are described on our Refunds and Returns page.
If there is any conflict between these pages and the Terms, these Terms prevail, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
7. Warranty and complaints
If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue (photos/videos recommended). We handle complaints in line with applicable law and our policies.
8. Services (consulting/programming)
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. If implementation requires access to customer systems, access conditions and security requirements will be agreed separately.
9. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, graphics, logos, and images) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute site content without permission unless allowed by law.
Customer-provided logos and artwork remain the customer’s property. By providing artwork for branding, you confirm you have the right to use it and authorize us (and our production partners where applicable) to use it solely to produce the requested items and support the order.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Disputes will be handled according to applicable law and the competent authorities/courts.
